This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect your personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

By visiting our Site, submitting an inquiry, subscribing to our newsletter, requesting access to our resources, applying for a career opportunity, or otherwise contacting us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. About REALTECH INC. and the Scope of This Policy

REALTECH INC. is an automation contractor providing integrated security access control, parking management, and traffic systems for commercial and industrial facilities across the Philippines. Our services include system design and consultancy, installation, and preventive maintenance.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data we collect through the Site and through our dealings with people who inquire about, request, or use our products and services, as well as people who apply for a career with us.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information directly from you when you interact with our Site, and automatically through your use of the Site.

a. Information You Voluntarily Provide

Contact and Inquiry Details: When you submit our Contact Us form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, company or organization, subject or area of interest (General Message, Product Inquiry, Project Request, Career Opportunities, or Resource Access), and the contents of your message. Submissions are emailed to REALTECH INC. and are also stored in the Site's administrative panel, which only authorized personnel can access.

Project and Product Inquiry Information: Details you share about your facility, planned installation, system requirements, upgrade or maintenance needs, and other information relevant to your request for a consultation or quotation.

Resource Access Requests: Contact details and company information you provide when you request access to our brochures, technical data, and other downloadable resources, including the password we issue to you.

Newsletter Subscription: Your email address, which we use to send updates, product releases, and industry news.

Career Inquiries and Applications: The Site lists our job openings but does not have an online application form. If you apply or inquire about a position by email or through the Contact Us form, we collect the information you send us, which may include your name, contact details, résumé or curriculum vitae, educational background, work history, skills, references, and any other information you choose to include.

Business Correspondence: Records of emails, calls, messages, and other communications between you and REALTECH INC., including those made through our official social media pages.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only as needed, and only with:

Authorized REALTECH INC. Personnel: Our sales, technical, administrative, and human resources staff who need the information to handle your request.
Service Providers: Web hosting and cloud providers, email delivery and newsletter services, and website development and technical maintenance partners who support the Site.
Analytics, Advertising, and Mapping Providers: Google (Google Analytics and Google Maps) and Meta (Facebook Pixel), which receive limited technical data when you use the Site, as described in Section 7.
Suppliers and Manufacturers: Where necessary to process your product inquiry or project request, and limited to the information needed for that purpose.
Professional Advisers: Our legal, accounting, and audit advisers, where necessary.

Our service providers are required to protect your personal data and to use it only for the services they perform for us.

6. Personal Data in Systems We Install and Maintain

This Privacy Policy covers personal data collected through the Site and our direct dealings with you.

Our clients' access control, parking, biometric, and similar systems that we design, install, or maintain may process personal data of the clients' own employees, tenants, visitors, and customers.

For that data, the facility owner or operator decides how and why the data is processed, and REALTECH INC. acts as its service provider. Questions about such data should be directed to the facility owner or operator.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site may use standard cookies, web beacons, and local browser storage to:

Remember your form entries and settings
Analyze aggregated traffic and visitor behavior to improve Site performance

Google Analytics

Meta (Facebook) Pixel

Career inquiries and applications may be kept for a reasonable period to consider you for future openings, unless you ask us to delete them. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Transmission Disclaimer: While we apply strict security controls, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Any transmission of information is at your own risk.

9. Your Rights Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012

Under Republic Act No. 10173, you have the following rights as a data subject:

Right to Access: To reasonably access the personal data we hold about you.
